How to Add a Signature in Outlook for Office 365

Have you ever wanted to stylise your emails with a signature? If you are using Outlook for Office 365, it’s easy. With just a few clicks of your mouse, you can customise your signature and add it to all the emails you send out in Outlook. Here’s how.

Step 1: Open “Settings” in Outlook by clicking the gear icon at the top right. Once you click on “Settings,” you will see several options at the top left of the window. Click on “View all Outlook settings.”

Step 2: On the left-hand side of the screen, you will see a list of options to choose from. Click on “Mail” and then select “Compose and Reply.” This is where you will be able to create your email signature.

Step 3: You will now see two fields that allow you to create your signature—one for new messages and one for replies and forwards. The space provided is where you can type or paste in any text and/or images that make up your signature. You can also format the text using bold, italics, underline, font size, color changes, etc., just like any other document or email message in Outlook.
Once you have finished creating your email signature, click “Save” at the top right corner of your screen and then close out of Settings. Your email signature is now ready to use!

Whenever you compose an email in Outlook for Office 365, simply scroll down past where you type in your message body and look for the section labeled “Signature.” From there, click “Insert Signature,” which will add your customised email signature into every outgoing message!

Email signatures are an important part of professional communication as they allow people to easily identify who sent them an email and provide contact information if needed. Adding a signature to your emails with Outlook for Office 365 is easy—just follow these steps!
